Daily Photographer – Day 73

I know my limits. I know that I can photograph a lot of things, and be very happy with what I shoot. I also know that of the subjects there are in the world to photograph…I may be the worst at shooting landscapes.

But, I had to show you this:

That’s the view from where I’m staying in California. To some of you that might not be much, no massive snow-capped mountains, sweeping vistas or waterfalls and stuff. To me though, when I consider that I wake up every morning to concrete…it’s breathtaking.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t shot as much as I should yet…I’ve been taking a little vacation. It’s taking a lot of effort not to just go spend every day at the beach.

I’ll get on it soon though.
