Reaching the Next Level: An Artists Lab by David Bickley

It’s finally here. You’ve been waiting for the opportunity to learn first hand how to take your career to new heights and in 2012, on February 17 through February 19th you will have that chance. This is not your average workshop. This is a 3-day intensive course with industry leaders is designed specifically to help you break new ground in your creative career.
Open to hair stylists, make up artists, models, and photographers, the learning experience offered here will guide you through the ins and outs of high-end image creation as well as prepare you to step into a limitless world of creativity, professionalism and success. While this is a high-level workshop our instructors are wonderful at working with all skill levels and welcome the opportunity to work with beginners and pros alike.

Our Mentors
David Bickley – Photographer
Internationally recognized for his exceptional portrait and fitness photography, lighting and retouching ability. David’s talent and passion has garnered him the ability to produce award-winning imagery for clients worldwide. A photographer and storyteller, David is always looking for new ways to express himself through his work. He has stayed on the leading edge of his field by constantly pushing his photography to new heights. His poignant and simple photographic style is a wonderful representation of the easy depth which encompasses David’s personality and talent. His style shows raw vision, capturing people in extraordinary and powerful ways. [/two-third]
Noel Daganta – Photographer
Touted as “Hollywood’s Top Fitness Photographer,” Noel’s reputation for excellence is hard to miss. This world renowned photographer and filmmaker is based in Los Angeles where his extensive client roster includes NBC, The BBC, ESPN, Bravo, Details, and many more.
Brad Austin – Photographer
Brad Austin adapted his style from his years at Brooks Institute of Photography, where he studied Motion Picture & Film. His photographic approach emphasizes lighting to convey a mood or emotion. Brad’s influences range from the colorful David Lachapelle to the simplicity of Irving Penn. You can find Brad’s work in Home in The Northland Magazine, Spaces, KC Studio, Eclectic, College Outlook, Creative Outlook, and Transitions Magazine. His advertising clients include Meierotto’s Jewelry, Konstantino, Alaskan Fur, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Rico Baseball, Chateau Avalon, & Green Dirt Farms.
Kyle Clarke – Model/Actor (MRI Performance)
Kyle has graced the cover of multiple national and international magazines, landed principal roles in several commercials and films including the recent blockbuster “Transformers 3.” He recently became the face of a clothing company in Venezuela, as well as the face of the new hit video game “RAGE.”
Wes Bergmann – MTV Real World Star
Reality TV star and wildly successful entrepreneur, Wes is a prime example of making the most of any media attention. Over the years he has become an expert in talent branding, the importance of aesthetic appeal, modeling, acting, and the ins and outs of building relationships with key industry professionals.
Jen Thomas – Hair Stylist/Makeup Artist
