Muscle Activation Therapy. That’s what’s coming on Wednesday and I can’t tell you how excited I am.

We all have dominant sides and physiological imbalances that put our bodies out of balance. After my shoulder injury last year the preexisting imbalances in my upper body got worse and I haven’t been able to figure out how to correct them. After all, fixing the problem would be a huge help to preventing future injuries. While talking with a fitness competitor friend about this he mentioned that he had been through the same situation before and recommended a place to talk to. Well, the appointment is set and I’m pumped.

I know I don’t talk about it much on here…this blog is supposed to be about photography, despite my frequent breaks from that…but anatomy, fitness, and nutrition are all things that I have a great deal of interest in. Like I said when I mentioned the raw food thing, “I treat myself like a lab rat.” Not only am I excited to potentially correct the imbalances in myself, I’m anxious to be able to let those of you that deal with the same issues in on anything that helps with them.

I’ll definitely keep you posted.

See you tomorrow,

D
