I’m not sure what provoked me to think that waking up at 6 this morning was a good idea.
I know I know, you probably wake up earlier than that and never miss a beat. I do not. In fact, I’m so out of sorts that early that I’ve been forgetting things all day. I didn’t even have my morning smoothie!
Of course the up side to this is that I got a ton of stuff done. Was it worth the constant urge to take a nap? Yeah, probably…but I doubt it’s a habit I’ll adopt.
