Not a lot to say tonight, I’m wiped out. Why? I wish I could say for sure.
Instinct says it’s just been a long, difficult week. That means the plan for 10 minutes from now is to do my best to sleep and stay asleep for as long as humanly possible. Then, when I wake up I’ll have to brave the cold and go for a run or something. Somehow that seems better to me than an indoor lap pool. Maybe because the thought of going back out to my car while slightly wet is about as appealing as eating batteries.
Time for sleep.
