It’s a sad day when you realize you have to let go of a vendor, and it’s even worse when you know they’re too big for it to bother anyone.

I expect to be held accountable for any lapse in customer service or quality. That’s what helps me consistently make things better. However I also expect that if nothing changes many people would be upset with me or even stop hiring me. That’s just how it works. It’s a shame when a larger company loses site of that simple idea. There is no such thing as an unimportant customer.
